This order form is for bulk catering requests — 10 lbs or more of pork or brisket, 10 or more pieces of chicken, or 10 or more racks of ribs.

For smaller quantities, please place a preorder by calling 204-326-8677.

Orders are prepared for pickup. Delivery may be available depending on the order size and distance — we’ll confirm those details with you.

Pulled Pork — generally feeds 3–4 people per lb
